LAS VEGAS (Nov. 16, 2016) – The LINQ Promenade—Caesars Entertainment’s open-air dining, entertainment and retail district located at the center of the Las Vegas Strip — proudly welcomes the anticipated opening of four iconic brands during the month of December.

In-N-Out Burger, Virgil’s Real BBQ, Honolulu Cookie Company and Jaburritos top the long list of new offerings at The LINQ Promenade. These well-known brands are the latest examples of how Caesars Entertainment strives to offer guest experiences for the senses – incredible food, creative cocktails and dramatic entertainment that cannot be found anywhere else on the Strip.

“The LINQ Promenade stands poised to elevate its status on the Las Vegas Strip by taking dynamic dining, entertainment and retail offerings to brand-new altitudes,” says Bob Morse, President Hospitality for Caesars Entertainment. “With the announcement of these new brands, we’ve brought a total of 10 outlets to the promenade in the last six months.”

Honolulu Cookie Company and Jaburritos are newly announced outlets:

Honolulu Cookie Company
This beloved Hawaiian cookie company is famous for its premium shortbread cookies in a signature pineapple shape. Every cookie is baked fresh in Honolulu, handcrafted from a recipe refined over the years using only the finest ingredients. Mouthwatering flavors include Butter Macadamia, Chocolate Dipped Macadamia, Dark Chocolate Coconut, White Chocolate Kona Coffee, Chocolate Chip Macadamia, and many more. Located near Brooklyn Bowl, Honolulu Cookie Company is set to open next month.

This hotspot is scheduled to open in December at The LINQ Promenade near the Fountain Stage. Known for handcrafted, fresh burrito-style sushi, the restaurant also offers hungry patrons an array of tempting salads, rice bowls, nachos and juices—all made to order. The opening of Jaburritos makes the first sushi burrito concept on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.

Other brands previously announced and scheduled to open between now and March 2017 include:
  • In-N-Out Burger (December)
  • Virgil’s Real Barbecue (December)
  • Breeze Daiquiri (February)
  • Canter’s Deli (March 2017)
The LINQ Promenade also welcomes its newest eateries and entertainment experiences, which are now open for business.

Ramsay introduces guests to the true crown-jewel, fish and chips, with fresh, sustainable ingredients, paired with hand-crafted shakes, lemonades or ice-cold beer.

Amorino, considered the best European gelato brand, boasts 24 gelato options as well as seasonal flavors, all available in Amorino’s flower-shaped cone. Guests may also select from an array of breakfast pastries, gelato-filled macarons and artisanal chocolates.

Unlike other video games, VR Adventures requires gamers to use hand movement, walk, sidestep or jump to explore or fly through the virtual world. VR Adventures offers gamers up to four unique experiences to escape from everyday games and into the virtual world.

"We've experienced brisk leasing over the last few years, resulting in The LINQ Promenade being near full capacity. In fact, as we start the new year, The LINQ Promenade will be a brand-new, must-see destination—all over again,” concludes Morse.

The LINQ Promenade, an open-air shopping, dining and entertainment district, anchored by the world’s tallest observation wheel, the High Roller, has redefined the iconic Las Vegas skyline.
