PHANTASMAGORIA’S “A Christmas Carol, A Ghost Story of Christmas”

Called “One of the most unique theater troupes in the country.”  by Good Day Atlanta, and direct from its successful sold out performances in Orlando, Atlanta, Baltimore, Ocala, Deland and Eustis with its touring and main stage shows,  Phantasmagoria is proud to be presenting their next journey into a perhaps the most well known and dearly loved ghost story of all times, Charles Dickens “A Christmas Carol, A Ghost story of Christmas” to celebrate the 2017 Holiday Season!

Celebrate the Season as Phantasmagoria presents its own unique adaptation of Charles Dickens’ classic holiday tale “A Christmas Carol – A Ghost Story of Christmas” This critically acclaimed Victorian Performance Troupe will bring its signature tapestry of movement, dance, puppetry, projections, music and storytelling to the stage as one of the most famous Ghost Stories of all times comes alive!  A true tale of the Past, Present and Future – with the glory of redemption!  Dickens’ wonderful tableau will come to life with Phantasmagoria’s own unique aesthetic and performance style in a brand new adaptation of the classic work.

“It is one of the most relevant Ghost stories of the last few centuries, When it was first published in
1843 it took the world by storm, and today – 174 years later – it is still tradition for so many people.”

Under the creation, writing and direction of John DiDonna, with co-direction by Seth Kubersky, and
Kevin G. Becker, the choreography of Mila Makarova, fight direction by Bill Warriner, all new original music and soundscapes by Les Caulfield and Tod Kimbro, lighting by Jerry Klein, costumes by Shelly Henriott, projections by Dana Mott, puppet direction from Rebekah Lane, and with photography by Chris Bridges, Graphics by Ozelle Sabado, and puppetry/props by Darkvale Studios and Halfmoon Creative Works this new installment presents us with a truly “Phantasmagorical” way to celebrate the Christmas season!
