DIGITAL BATTLEGROUNDS OPENS GAMING ENTERTAINMENT CENTER AT FASHION SQUARE MALL IN ORLANDO


Orlando, Fla. (October 9, 2019) – Digital Battlegrounds, a gamer dedicated entertainment center, will open to the public at Fashion Square Mall in Orlando on Friday, October 11th. Digital Battlegrounds is every gamer’s dream featuring state-of-the-art gaming equipment, coaching, tournaments and events. 

Digital Battlegrounds 3,300 square feet center will have 32 PC stations, 8 PlayStation pro stations and a PC station for webcasting tournaments. The academy will be equipped with professional, high-end equipment running on full HD and offering mechanical keyboards, gaming mice, Homall gaming chairs and gaming headsets.

At Digital Battlegrounds Esports Academy, gamers can take their skills to the next level. Digital Battlegrounds allows gamers to compete with friends and other gamers plus offers play and tell with streamers. The esports facility will also feature meet & greets with gaming personalities and VIPs, CosPlay sessions, women-only sessions, LGBTQ sessions, tournament viewing parties and in-house tournaments for all ages and skill levels.  

Digital Battlegrounds Esports Academy will also provide master classes taught by professional players, as well as weekly practices and monthly tournaments to train and improve gamers competitive video gaming skills in all genres. Genres include fight, sports, first person shooter (FPS), multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) and real time strategy (RTS). In addition, Digital Battlegrounds Esports Academy will also host educational seminars providing support and guidance for parents on the esports community. 

Digital Battlegrounds will host its first open tournament on Columbus Day at 6:00pm for Street Fighter V players. Digital Battlegrounds will offer a prize pot bonus of $100 to the tournament champion and runner up will be rewarded $50.
