SEE STARS AT SEMINOLE STATE’S PLANETARIUM SUMMER SHOWS

 

SANFORD, Fla. (June 5, 2019) - Seminole State College of Florida’s Emil Buehler Perpetual Trust Planetarium is presenting summer shows and events to educate and entertain. Through family-friendly and interactive events, the planetarium hopes to encourage interest in learning more about Earth, our solar system and beyond.

Emil Buehler Planetarium at Seminole State College Presents Moon Week


Celebration concludes with FREE Lunar Eclipse Viewing Party on Sunday, Jan. 20
SANFORD, Fla. (Jan.  7, 2019) – A total lunar eclipse will be fully visible in Orlando (if the sky is clear) on Jan. 20-21, 2019. To celebrate this celestial event, the community is invited to join the team at the Emil Buehler Planetarium at Seminole State College for a series of week-long events during Moon Week 2019. Family–friendly activities include panel discussions, films, an art show, planetarium and laser shows, and the Lunar Eclipse Viewing Party as the grand finale.
